Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Florida Bar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience in Associate/Trial/Law Clerk roles enhances fit.
- Proficiency in business, civil, and commercial litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial litigation, from investigation to appeal.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on complex issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other documents.
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
- Negotiate settlements in clients' best interests.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
