Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is a national HVAC maintenance and service provider with 100+ offices in the United States. This on-site technician role involves installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems, with overtime, travel, and ongoing training opportunities.

The position emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification is required.
• HVAC field service experience preferred for commercial systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and routine repair of commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose basic issues and refer complex problems to senior technicians.
• Advise management on preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety practices and complete required paperwork.
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends; travel may be required.
