Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems for building clients. This role requires hands-on field work and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, with a team-oriented approach to ensure client satisfaction. Weekend and night availability may be required, along with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–6 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks on time.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Occasional weekend and night availability.
• Travel may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems; refer complex issues to senior technicians.
• Use experience to determine service requirements for preventive maintenance and system operations.
• Inform manager about preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety; follow all safety procedures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible for overtime and weekend work as required.
