Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a subsidiary of Lennox International, is seeking an HVAC technician to perform installation, maintenance and servicing for commercial customers. The role involves on-site preventive maintenance, repairs and calibration, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of hands-on Commercial HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 2 to 6 years hands on Commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic to moderate problems, refer complex issues to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager on preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must work safely and follow safety measures at all times.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
