Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial customers across the region. The role focuses on on-site preventive maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Applicants should have 2–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver's license. Travel may be required; excellent customer service is a must.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance to determine service needs.
• Advise manager of inspections performed and actions required.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
