Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a Commercial District Manager to drive the sales cycle for Mannington Commercial across a network of Architects, Designers, and Contractors in healthcare, education, government, corporate, and more.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and win strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will generate sales, identify new accounts, present Mannington Commercial solutions, and lead negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong computer skills and CRM experience.
• Commercial flooring industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to travel daily in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Lead proposals and negotiations to close sales with Architects, Designers, End-users and Contractors.
• Develop and execute a territory marketing plan to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast sales activity.
• Build and sustain relationships with dealers and key accounts.
