Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Associate to drive sales across an assigned territory in the flooring industry. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors, and translate customer needs into product selections.

The role requires traveling daily within the territory, maintaining Salesforce.com CRM, and meeting sales forecasts. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and at least four years of sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales-related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Commercial flooring experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify profitable sales opportunities in assigned territory.
• Develop strategic plans to forecast sales revenue.
• Travel daily to call on customers and prospects.
• Manage customer relationships through CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
• Support architects, designers, flooring contractors in product selection.
• Meet or exceed individual sales forecast.
• Prepare pricing and proposals based on market trends.
• Operate within travel and expense budgets.
