Job summary

Northfield Park Associates LLC is seeking a Security Dispatcher to serve as the central communication hub for the Security Department, relaying critical information between Security Officers and Management. This role manages a multi-line communication center, handling radio and telephone messages.

You will monitor cameras, access control, and alarm panels, direct officers to incidents and coordinate with the Global Security Operations Center while maintaining real-time logs and following

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively use computer reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels to identify and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and direct security officers to respond to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Maintain continuous coordination with the Global Security Operations Center.
• Operate communication equipment (radios and telephones) to relay critical information between security teams, management, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate real-time logs of communications, incidents, emergencies, and security activities.
• Follow established emergency protocols and coordinate with local authorities during incidents; liaise with law enforcement and EMS as needed.
• Own dispatch calls for service, including security and lost-and-found items; resolve issues and support guest satisfaction.
• Assist investigations by locating and retrieving relevant video footage for evidence review.
