Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Earth Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or license in Secondary Education, with emphasis on science subjects.
• Experience teaching or working in climate science, energy, or environmental sustainability.
• Strong understanding of climate science and renewable energy technologies; excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans on climate change and renewable energy.
• Instructors are urged to use and adapt existing curricula such as Green Design Lab by Solar One.
• Foster critical thinking by integrating real‑world case studies tied to local environmental issues.
• Lead lab activities, field studies, and experiments related to sustainability and energy sources.
• Assess student learning through projects, presentations, and group activities.
• Collaborate with community organizations for experiential learning opportunities.
• Inspire students to become environmental stewards and leaders in sustainability.
