Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• Experience with children or educational settings is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into instructional and support roles across grade levels daily.
• Assist with lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher to ensure instruction continues.
• Maintain classroom routines and a safe, productive learning environment.
• Take attendance and document classroom activities as directed.
• Communicate with school staff about issues or concerns during the day.
• Supervise students in classrooms and transitional settings (hallways, lunchrooms).
