Mini-of-SAN-Dieg is seeking a New and Used Car Salesperson to drive sales of both new and used vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, guide them through vehicle selection, and process all related paperwork with precision and integrity.

The role emphasizes maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting sales quotas, and coordinating with the finance team to close deals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish personal sales goals and implement a plan of action to achieve goals.
• Ability to understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that impact retail automotive sales.
• Computer proficiency and aptitude with dealership systems.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact face-to-face, by phone or email.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis.
• Basic math for discounts, commissions, and quotes.
• Ability to follow work rules and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting a vehicle.
• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork per policy.
• Maintain a follow-up system for repeat business.
• Demonstrate vehicles and offer test drives.
• Turn deals to finance and insurance with proper paperwork.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork.
