Job summary

Jeep, Chrysler Dodge of Ontario is seeking a motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on presenting new and pre-owned vehicles in a compelling, informative way to promote prompt sales and cultivate ongoing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate provides superior customer service, strong communication, and a confident, professional demeanor, with a willingness to continuously prospect to meet quotas. Auto sales experience is a plus and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience (in any industry) preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to prospect to meet quotas.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle test drives and follow all traffic laws.
• Learn about product updates, features, and inventory benefits.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and services to customers.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection and explain financing options.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and high CSI.
• Prospect daily and maintain relationships with previous customers.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings.
• Strive to meet quotas in a commission-based environment.
