Job summary

FlexCar is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Athens, Greece office. You will drive growth by engaging with clients, answering questions, negotiating deals, and identifying customer needs to maximize satisfaction and conversions.

Key responsibilities include expanding the customer base, guiding requests to close deals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver fast, accurate information while nurturing trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales (ideally phone sales).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment.
• Passion for closing deals, a strong work ethic, and a can‑do attitude.
• Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals.
• Have direct communication with customers regarding incoming requests to close deals and develop strong and trusting relationships.
• Assist in organizing and executing processes to serve our customers quickly and well.
• Fully comprehend what we offer and provide clients with detailed and accurate information.
• Support the sales team internally to run at its maximum capacity.
