Job summary

FlexAuto is seeking an HR Business Partner – Italy to join our international HR team in Rome. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and local managers, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and support performance reviews and employee development across the Italian operations.

In this hands-on, collaborative role you will ensure compliance with Italian employment law, maintain HR processes, and contribute to engaging workplace initiatives with a focus on transparency and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 4+ years of HR experience in generalist, specialist, or BP roles.
• Solid knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive and detail-oriented in a dynamic environment with MS Office/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and local managers.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Support performance reviews, employee feedback, and development initiatives.
• Assist in addressing employee relations matters and escalate complex cases.

Position Summary

As part of our international HR team, the HR Business Partner – Italy will support the delivery of HR processes and people initiatives across our Italian operations.

Working closely with local managers and the international HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR guidance, facilitate employee-related processes, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role, focused on supporting business needs and ensuring the effective implementation of established HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of performance reviews, employee feedback, and development initiatives.
• Assist in addressing employee relations matters, escalating complex cases when appropriate.
• Coordinate HR documentation and liaise with external payroll and employment advisors.
• Monitor employee data and prepare regular HR reports.
• Support the local implementation of HR policies, engagement activities, and international HR projects.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner role.
• Good working knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Salary Range:

35.000 gross annually - 45.000 gross annually (+) benefits
