2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to promote a premium tobacco brand at retailers across Morristown, TN and surrounding territory. You will engage adults in meaningful conversations, distribute offers, and gather feedback while traveling to scheduled activations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail promotions, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; reliable transportation.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations in the defined territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers with compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and follow program guidelines.
• Administer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and incentives to customers.
• Educate on promotions and drive product consideration.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey data in reporting systems.
• Maintain activation assets and travel to events as required.
