Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across Johnson City, TN. The role involves engaging adults in compliant conversations, distributing promotions, and gathering feedback while traveling within the territory.

You will build rapport with store personnel, maintain displays, and document activities. No tobacco industry experience required; a great personality and reliability are key assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies/regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and educate consumers on promotions.
• Travel throughout the territory to support visits and events.
