Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
