2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory. If you light up a room, love meeting new people, and thrive in social environments, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll engage adult consumers, explain promotions, verify age, and gather feedback. The role requires travel within the territory, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Pay is $25 per hour with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active during events.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits & events.
