Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the Evansville territory. You will engage adults in friendly conversations, share brand offerings, and distribute promotional offers while ensuring age verification and compliance.

Daily travel within the territory and a dynamic, fast-paced environment are expected. Prior experience in promotions or retail is helpful, and paid weekly with benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
