Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across our Ohio territory. You will engage adults in compliant conversations, distribute promotional offers, and collect market feedback.

Previous promotions or hospitality experience is a plus, and a dependable vehicle is required. This full-time role offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits eligibility, with travel between stores and events in your assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador/retail sales or related fields preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers; explain promotions.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
