Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or promotional marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and drive purchase consideration.
• Document activity results and interactions in reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support retail visits and events.
