Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout the Reading, PA territory. You will engage adult consumers, share product information, and collect feedback while maintaining compliance.

No tobacco industry experience required; must be 21+, reliable transportation, and willing to travel with a flexible schedule Wednesday-Sunday. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and 401k options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons.
