Job summary

Foodworks Hospitality Group is seeking a BOH Line Cook in Bolingbrook, IL. You will prepare, cook and plate menu items according to recipes and company standards, while maintaining food safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will set up and stock stations, ensure consistent quality, assist with inventory, and help opening/closing duties. Prior line cook experience and flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a BOH role is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and company standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure all foods are cooked and presented properly, maintaining consistency and quality.
