Mago Grill is seeking a BOH Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Schaumburg, IL. You will prepare, cook, and plate menu items to company standards while upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality American favorites in a fast-paced setting.

You will set up stations, stock ingredients, and assist with inventory and opening/closing duties, ensuring consistent, high-quality presentations and adherence to safety standards.

Formación

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar BOH role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and company standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented properly, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and proper food storage.
• Handle kitchen equipment properly and safely.
• Adapt to high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
