Job summary

Amazing Lash Franchise, LLC is seeking a sales/operations manager to lead the sales and operations for an eyelash extension and eyebrow studio. You will drive performance, coach a hands-on team, and ensure a guest-friendly environment.

Open availability, strong leadership, scheduling, inventory, and customer service are essential. MindBody experience is a plus; you will manage performance to exceed membership and retail goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills with organized, efficient operations.
• Open availability due to early opening and late closing hours, 7 days a week.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, set goals, and delegate.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody Software experience a plus
