Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations of an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. You will lead a hands-on team, drive membership and retail goals, and maintain a welcoming guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, flexible hours, and the ability to manage schedules, inventories, and customer service in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of 10+ people to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills; organize and run operations smoothly.
• Open availability due to long hours, including early mornings and late nights.
• Ability to identify problems, set expectations and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Capable trainer and motivator for staff.
• MindBody Software experience is a plus.
