Proven leadership for 10+ staff, open hours, and strong problem-solving are essential to ensure smooth operations and continued growth in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills; able to lead a team efficiently and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Open availability due to extended hours (7 days a week).
• Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Selling consistently; be a hands-on role model for staff.
• Lead a high-performing team and provide ongoing feedback.
• Motivate to achieve and exceed membership sales and retail goals.
