Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in Indiana is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to oversee daily sales and studio operations for eyelash extension and eyebrow services. This hands-on leadership role requires driving membership and retail sales while maintaining top-tier guest experience.

You will lead a team of 10+ staff, design schedules, manage inventory, and coach team members to meet and exceed performance goals. Open availability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to meet/exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills to guide operations smoothly.
• Open availability; locations open 7 days a week.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and delegate.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody software experience a plus.
