Open seven days a week with early openings, you will schedule staff, manage inventory, and maintain a welcoming, spotless studio while pursuing growth opportunities in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 10+ to meet sales and financial goals.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to keep operations running smoothly.
• Open availability; stores operate 7 days a week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to set goals, delegate, and solve problems.
