Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta in Marietta, GA is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will manage all inbound leads with speed and accuracy, convert calls into showroom appointments, and play a key role in delivering premium customer experiences.

This in-person, Monday–Saturday role offers hourly pay plus commission with strong growth potential within the Pugmire Lincoln organization.

Qualifications

• Prior BDC/BDC-like experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Process-driven, reliable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Professional presence and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
• Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per shift to prospects and existing customers.
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to regain opportunities.
• Maintain long-term customer follow-up for retention and future sales.
• Execute Lincoln Fit List tasks and RCL renewal outreach.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes in the CRM to support the sales team.
• Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes.
