Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in school-based settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and partner with teachers, school psychologists, and administrators to drive meaningful behavioral change for students.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategies, rapid responsiveness to school needs, and thorough documentation in line with district and state guidelines. A flexible, on-call schedule supports on-site assignments in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
• Experience conducting FBAs in school settings.
• Experience developing BIPs in schools.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to school needs.
• Background check clearance (Doj/FBI) or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in school settings to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop data-driven BIPs aligned with student needs and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff for fidelity of BIP implementation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress.
