Job summary

The North Berkshire School Union is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our student support services team for the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on promoting positive behavioral outcomes across PreK–8 settings within the North Berkshire area.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, collaborating with teachers and administrators, and providing staff training on evidence-based strategies to support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience applying behavior analytic principles in school settings.
• Ability to develop and implement FBAs and BIPs.

• Strong data collection and progress monitoring skills.
