Job summary

COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR AUTISTIC ADULTS & CHI (CSAAC) in Brookeville, MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior management and educational consultation for day and residential students. The BCBA will develop systems, train staff, and collaborate with educators to implement programming that supports IP goals and COMAR-compliant services.

Requires BCBA license, minimum five years’ experience, and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required.
Minimum of five years’ BCBA experience designing behavior plans.
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide behavior management consultation to school coordinators and teachers to meet behavioral goals.
Develop and monitor implementation of behavior management and instructional plans for day and residential students.
Assist in intake for new students and design treatment strategies for staff training.
Design and maintain systems for delivery of behavior management and instructional services meeting regulatory standards.
Develop data collection and progress monitoring systems to track educational progress.
Provide supervision hours to BCBA's as needed.
