Traditions Hospitality Group in Kingston, OK seeks a Bartender to craft and serve beverages with speed and accuracy while delivering attentive guest service in a high-volume setting. You will manage orders, handle transactions, and keep the bar clean and organized.

Flexibility is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior bartending experience is preferred; licensing (ABLE Liquor, Gaming) must be obtainable. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
• Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tops, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
