Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender to craft and serve a wide range of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle orders, and assist with bar operations in a dynamic setting. Must be 21+ and able to obtain ABLE Liquor and Gaming licenses.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Previous high-volume bar experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to obtain ABLE Liquor License.
• Ability to obtain Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and take orders with recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization of bar area and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions following procedures.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies during shifts.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines in a smoky environment.
