Job summary

Pouring With Heart is seeking a Bartender for Las Perlas, Los Angeles. Wage: $25-$35+ per hour with tips. You will drive hospitality, knowledge, and energy to bring the bar’s culture to life and ensure guests feel welcome and eager to return.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences, keeping a clean, organized bar, contributing to cocktail menus, and upholding safety standards. Requires 3+ years in a fast-paced bar, strong product knowledge, and 21+ with valid beverage

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail-focused environment.
• Strong product knowledge across spirits, beer, and wine.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm, positive demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and teammates.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and building community.
• Must be 21+ and have valid certifications for responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through speed, knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked bar station throughout every shift.
• Contribute ideas to cocktail menus, seasonal features, and guest activations.
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service.
• Partner with bar leadership to improve processes, share feedback, and participate in training and team meetings.
• Assist teammates and jump in where needed to support the floor, service staff, or bar operations.
