Job summary

Super Panga is seeking skilled bartenders to join our fast-paced restaurant and bar team in Newport Beach. You will greet guests, showcase craft cocktails, and deliver memorable service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of spirits, and the ability to build rapport with guests. ABC RBS and California Food Handler certifications are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and 21+ years old.
• Minimum of 3 years bartending experience.
• ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails with quality and consistency.
• Open and manage tabs, payments, and guest interactions professionally.
• Maintain keg operations and keep liquor rooms, beer coolers clean and organized.
• Complete opening and closing side work and uphold sanitation standards.
