Job summary

Pardos is seeking a skilled bartender to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will take drink orders, craft cocktails, and ensure an excellent guest experience with a friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, engaging with guests, recommending options, checking IDs, restocking, and maintaining a clean bar and inventory. Louisiana license preferred; prior bartending experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Louisiana Responsible Vendor License required.
• Prior bartending experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of mixing techniques, garnishing methods, and serving practices.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
• Present the bar menu to guests.
• Check customers' identifications to verify legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory.
• Maintain a guest-focused approach to ensure an excellent experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
