Caspians Vegas LLC in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Bartender to deliver a quality guest experience with energy and hospitality. You will actively take orders, prepare beverages, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service.

The role requires knowledge of spirits and wine, cash handling, POS familiarity, and strict adherence to Nevada liquor laws. You will greet guests, upsell where appropriate, maintain bar inventory, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year experience as a Bartender in a similar environment or 1-year in fine dining required.
• Must have working knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems and cash handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Guide guests through all phases of their experience.
• Handle cash banks and payments with accuracy.
• Know the menu and upsell beverages and items.
• Mix and serve drinks with precise recipes and cost criteria.
• Present beverage orders neatly and efficiently.
• Ask guests about allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Ensure accuracy of food orders and deliver to guests.
• Process payments by cash, card, or comps.
• Maintain proper bar cash accounting and banking procedures.
• Comply with state and federal liquor laws.
• Monitor intoxicated guests and involve a manager as needed.
• Refuse service to intoxicated guests courteously.
• Request IDs when required and act professionally.
• Maintain bar inventory and order to stock levels.
• Rotate liquor, beer, wine, and consumables properly.
• Keep equipment, tools, and bar areas clean.
• Provide direction to support staff for proper service.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately.
• Bid farewell by name when possible.
• Perform opening/closing duties per shift.
