Potawatomi Casino Hotel Rock & Brews in Milwaukee is hiring a bartender to energize the bar, greet guests, craft drinks, and work in rhythm with the team to keep guests entertained. You will learn beverage knowledge across wine, liqueur, liquor, champagne and beer, use POS for orders, and balance transactions; 6 months bartending experience required, flexible hours, and certifications within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 6 months of bartending experience.
• Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
• Ability to obtain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications and City of Milwaukee bartender’s license within 90 days.
• Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mix or pour drinks per recipe cards using accurate measures and proper glassware.
• Greet guests with a friendly acknowledgment and address guest needs promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage selections including wine, liqueur, liquor, champagne, and beer.
• Operate and clean bar equipment and beer taps; balance transactions and use POS for orders.
