Job summary

Cream City Concepts in Milwaukee is seeking a bartender who can lead the bar's pace, craft drinks to standard, and create a welcoming, guest-first experience in a fast, high-energy setting. You will keep a clean, stocked bar, ring in every drink accurately, handle cash honestly, and work with the team to deliver outstanding hospitality across all shifts.

Prior bartending experience, ability to stand for long periods, and availability nights/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ and legally eligible to work in Wisconsin.
• Prior bartending experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Solid drink knowledge across cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.
• Genuine, guest-first hospitality with accurate pours and cash handling.
• Fast, calm, and organized under high volume with flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks to recipe and house standards, fast and accurately.
• Know full list of beverages, specials, and 86’d items, and execute them correctly.
• Prep, batch garnishes and ingredients, and keep bar ready for volume.
• Run food, assist servers, and support the door to keep service seamless.
