Job summary

Ultipro in Milwaukee is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Bartender to deliver top-tier guest service in a fast-paced casino hotel setting. You will mix drinks, greet guests, and manage orders while keeping the bar clean and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include using POS systems, balancing cash, monitoring responsible alcohol service, and maintaining product knowledge across wine, liquor, beer, and cocktails.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and 6 months of high volume bartending experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a City of Milwaukee bartender’s license within 90 days.
• The ability to obtain ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
• The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team member must lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Mix or pour drinks per recipe cards using accurate measures and proper glassware.
• Greet guests with a friendly expression of acknowledgement and attend to guest needs promptly.
• Operate and clean all equipment in bar area including beverage dispensing systems, coffee machines, beer taps, and televisions.
• Use POS to enter orders, dispense correct change, and process transactions; balance bank to sales report.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverage selection including wine, liqueur, liquor, champagne, and beer.
• Be knowledgeable about casino and hotel to answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Work in other venues as assigned based on business needs.
• Perform duties in compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
