Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience with a patron-focused mentality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks.
• Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management.
• Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations.
• Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system.
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed.
