Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. seeks a Banquet Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at events, including receptions and meetings. You will craft cocktails, greet guests, and ensure brand standards are met across setups, service, and breakdowns.

Responsibilities include adhering to BEOs, maintaining inventory counts, and partnering with teams in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. A background in banquet service and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or banquet service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage service standards, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist with event setup, bar execution, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure service needs are met throughout the event.
• Communicate effectively with guests and answer beverage-related questions.
• Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently.
• Understand BEOs and ensure inventory is counted at the end of each event.
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor satisfaction with service.
