Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Bartender (On Call) to provide exceptional beverage service at banquets, weddings, meetings, conferences, and other events. This role requires professionalism, knowledge of drinks, and adherence to alcohol service laws, with on-site shifts across events and departments.

No experience is required, though 2 years in banquet/restaurant/catering is preferred. Two-year event experience is preferred; TIPS or equivalent certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work in proper uniform and appearance.
• Set up banquet bars according to event specifications.
• Provide guests with professional, friendly beverage service.
• Mix and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
• Verify guest age and follow alcohol service laws.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area during events.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and drink tickets when required.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages.
• Set up, service and break down assigned functions safely.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as required.
