Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.

• Provide updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer calls promptly and courteously.
• Review completed work and collect payments from customers.
• Proficient use of DMS and other software to access service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is tracked and feedback is reviewed.
