Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the sales team's performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards.
