Job summary

Nissan of Orem, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, listen to needs, and provide timely updates and estimates. You’ll handle service communications, schedule repairs, and process payments while leveraging DMS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate.
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner.
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer.
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and essential software to look up service history, schedule appointments, enter repair orders, and manage information.
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer.
