Nucar Hyundai of North Kingstown is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to be the primary link between customers and service technicians. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, document vehicle needs, and present clear estimates while guiding the repair process.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential.

• Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
