Hubler Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant/Product Specialist to engage customers, demonstrate vehicles, and drive sales in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will guide prospects from appointment to showroom, demonstrate features, and close deals while meeting monthly targets.

Ideal candidates are bold, energetic, and customer focused, with strong communication skills and a drive to excel in a competitive sales culture.

Qualifications

• Bold and articulate with a great sense of humor.
• Strong oral communication to build customer interest in our product.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated.
• Ability to treat people with respect and uphold company values.
• Self-starter who can work alone but collaborates with the team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Confirming and following up on appointments with prospective customers.
• Accompany visitors from the showroom to vehicle selection and demonstration.
• Deliver a professional demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
